· Related Minimum Experience:
o 10 Years post admission experience in a legal and strategic environment.

· Formulate and execute legal strategy.
· Manage a professional legal advisory team.
· Provide strategic and professional legal advice.
· Manage dispute resolution and provide negotiation assistance.
· Assist with the implementation of legislation and case law.
· Manage external attorneys.
· Manage client relationships.
