Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a comprehensive Human Resources service for a dedicated customer base in terms of the total HR Value Chain.
- Provide an advisory service to line management and employees on all aspects of Eskom conditions of service.
- Ensure an effective coordination of skills sourcing service to the area.
- Provide accurate management information and effective system support.
- Customer, stakeholder communication service.
- Supporting Line Management in improving good labour and employee relations.
- Facilitating personal and career counselling for employees

Minimum requirements
National Diploma in HR or Behavioural Sciences at NQF 6 with 240 Credits and 3 Years Background in HR Generalist
