·       Develop communication plans and programmes for strategic internal communication projects within Group IT.

·       Provide strategic communication direction and support to internal communication team and other project teams in executing internal communication projects, plans and interventions.

·       Provide high level advice and support to the GM Information Technology communication interventions.

·       Strategic event management.
