Key performance Areas (Summary of functional Outputs):
· Maintain field billing and metering handheld systemprocesses.
· Print and analyse handheld system reports.
· Execute corrective actions
· Identify estimated meter readings.
· Provide support.
· Prepare and control handheld system equipment.
· Investigate incorrect bills.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
Grade 12/NCV4/NSC3/N3 and languages Diploma/Certificate in the relevant function at NQF4 with 120 credits
Related Minimum Experience
2 years’ Experience in working with customers and customer relations.
