Introduction
Position/Task Grade: EEE-BAND Department: Human Resource Business Unit: Distribution Head Office Reporting to the General Manager: Human Capital Management Distribution, the Senior Manager Organisational Culture and Performance will be responsible to lead and manage the development, execution and continuous improvement of strategies related to organisational culture, employee performance, organisational design and employee engagement, foster a value based, high-performance environment supporting transformation and optimise employee experience across all business areas, especially within the divisional value chain, including manage change, align structures, drive culture transformation and embed effective performance systems in compliance with public sector governance frameworks.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

·     B Degree in Human Resources/ Organisational Psychology/ Business Administration at NQF level 7 with 360 credits or

·   B Tech in Human Resources/ Organisational Psychology/ Business Administration at NQF level 7 with 360 credits or

·   Advanced Diploma in Human Resources/ Organisational Psychology/ Business Administration at NQF level 7 with 360 credits

Experience:

·    Minimum of 10 years’ extensive experience in culture and performance management, proven experience in leading organisational change and engagement initiatives.
