Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree in Human Resources/ Organisational Psychology/ Business Administration at NQF level 7 with 360 credits or
· B Tech in Human Resources/ Organisational Psychology/ Business Administration at NQF level 7 with 360 credits or
· Advanced Diploma in Human Resources/ Organisational Psychology/ Business Administration at NQF level 7 with 360 credits
Experience:
· Minimum of 10 years’ extensive experience in culture and performance management, proven experience in leading organisational change and engagement initiatives.
