Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations of the helicopter section.
  • Perform the legislated Chief Pilot duties for the helicopter section, as required by the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA).
  • Provide financial leadership for the helicopter section and prepares the annual budget in collaboration with the financial office.
  • Manage the planning of the composition of the helicopter fleet.
  • Direct the in-house marketing of the helicopter section.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s): 

•    Valid Airline Transport Licence

Experience: 

•    7 years related experience as qualified pilot
•    5000 hours total flying time
•    3000 hours (turbine)
