Position/Task Grade: M18

Vacancy Type: EXTERNAL/INTERNAL

Department:  CABLING

Business Unit:  CONSTRUCTION SERVICES 

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Business Management, which involves the development and management of the overall business strategy and leadership

·       Active involvement in actual project performance across Cabling projects

·       Ensure that all activities are carried out as per the documented processes and comply with the requirements of ISO and OHSAS certification

·       Financial management, Portfolio budget planning, monitoring, and cash flow management.

·       Ensure effective and efficient manpower scheduling and control in terms of production planning, utilization, training, and employee relations

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

 

·        

·       B Eng./ B-Tech Degree (Civil/ Mechanical /Electrical and or B Sc (Quality Surveyor) or equivalent Qualification.

·       Relevant Management Qualification (e.g., Management Development Programme).

 

Experience:

 

·        

·       7 years of Management experience in Power Generation, Transmission, or Distribution Industry; Construction Industry, or Industry of similar Operational processes
