· Provide cost advice and planning support
· Provide advisory support regarding contract documentation
· Provide advisory support regarding tendering and contractual arrangements
· Provide advisory support regarding contract services
· Mentor and coach quantity surveying employees
· Comply with relevant Eskom and site governance, safety, health, environment, risk and quality (SHERQ) requirements

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· Honours Degree/BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying at NQF8 with 480
credits
Related Minimum Experience:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity surveying, contracts management, cost management in the built environment
· Professional Registration Body: South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) as a professional quantity surveyor (PrQS).
