Key Responsibilities
· Manage credit revenue and management processes.
· Supervise general activities.
· Be accountable for customer data.
· Handle generic service activities.
· Build relationship between customers and Eskom via proactive interventions.
· Manage measurement and meter related tasks.
· Monitor vending and prepaid activities.
· Manage quotations and connection services.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
National Diploma in Finance/Commerce/Accounting at NQF6 with 240 credits
Related Experience:
3 years Related Finance or Customer Service Experience
