Key Responsibilities
· Provide integrated HR operational support and services to cluster
· Align HR strategy to cluster business strategy and objectives
· Drive the development and execution of HR Service Level Agreements
· Ensure compliance with Human Resources Policies, Procedures and other external labour regulations Performance improvement and optimisation of Human Resources function
· Resource management
Minimum requirements
· Qualification(s):
B-Degree / B Tech in Behavioural Sciences or Human Resources at NQF 7 with 360 Credits
· Related Minimum Experience:
7 years’ Management experience and HR Generalist experience
