Introduction
Reporting to the Group Executive Distribution the Senior General Manager Change will be responsible to lead the development and execution of market strategies, risk frameworks and regulatory engagements to optimise financial and operational efficiencies, ensure energy trading activities, procurement operations and regulatory compliance align with national policies and organisation strategic objectives.

o   Experience with wheeling and aggregation models, contract negotiations and energy settlements

o   Strong financial acumen with experience in risk assessment and market forecasting

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

 

B Degree in Finance/ Economics/ Marketing/ Business Administration/ Business Management at a NQF level 7 with 360 credits

 

                                                                                                

Experience

15 Years’ extensive experience in energy trading, procurement, risk management or energy market operations.
