Introduction
Division: Generation Position/Task Grade: G15 Department: Assurance, Investigation and Reviews Business Unit: Generation Head Office Procurement Area of specialization: To provide proactive assurance support to the various procurement in order to ensure that all procurement transactions are executed in compliance with the Approved Procurement Framework, and with the purpose of proactively avoiding the risk of non-compliance through a step-by-step review of the various phases of the procurement process, in order to provide for any upfront remedial corrective or disciplinary interventions to mitigate risks of detected non-compliance.
Job description

1. Providing internal Proactive Assurance Support to the Various Procurement Departments across Group Commercial.

2. Facilitation of External Proactive Assurance Support through Liaison with Appointed Non-Statutory Auditors.

3. Monitoring, Tracking and Reporting of Material and Repetitive Findings of Non-Compliance.

4. Provision of Training Support in order to Facilitate a Compliance Culture across Group Commercial.

Qualification(s):

  •  Relevant Bachelor’s degree
  • Related Minimum Experience: 
  • 5 Years’ Proven experience in a professional capacity within a Policy, Governance, Compliance or commercial environment, with specific focus on Supply Chain Risk and Governance, and training.
