Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- B Degree/ B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Human Resources/ Organisational Psychology/Business Administration at NQF7 with 360 credits
Experience:
- 10 years of Culture and performance management, proven experience in leading organisational change and engagement initiatives.
