Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

  • B Degree/ B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Human Resources/ Organisational Psychology/Business Administration at NQF7 with 360 credits 

Experience: 

  • 10 years of Culture and performance management, proven experience in leading organisational change and engagement initiatives.
