•  To align company talent acquisition strategies with global trends to achieve its competitive edge
•  HR Analytics and Reporting
•  Leads and Implements Human Resources projects portfolio initiatives
•  Drive the Transformation process
•  Drive governance, risk management and compliance initiatives
•  Entrench the leadership brand

Qualification(s):

•  B-Degree/B Tech in Human Capital Behavioural Sciences/Social Sciences or Management at NQF 7 level with 360 Credits


Experience:

•  8 years extensive experience in a management position in the Human Capital Management fraternity.
