· Understanding control plant technologies, standards, procedure and philosophies Operating Regulations for High Voltage Systems (ORHVS).
· Fault finding, investigation.
· Accredited to level 2 or intermediate for control plant specific maintenance discipline.
· Control plant specific work execution.
· Low Voltage Operating Regulations (LVOR) and Outcome 3 authorisation.
Skills
· Computer Literate.
· Administration.
· Valid code 08 driver's licence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain control plant equipment.
· Diagnose faults and repair control plant equipment.
· Install and commission control plant equipment.
· Adhere to safety, health, environment, quality and security ( SHEQS) requirements
Minimum requirements
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
National N Diploma / National Diploma in Electrical Engineering at NQF6 with 240 credits.
Related Minimum Experience:
3 years / P1 P2 Practical experience in a technical environment.
