Task Grade: M16 Department: Real Estate Business Unit: Asset Management Location: Simmerpan (Germiston) Area of specialization: To manage the activities and resources allocated to Real Estate projects in a cohesive, efficient manner, administer and execute infrastructure projects (including control plant) within cost, quality and time schedules, ensure compliance with the Eskom Deliver Projects methodology, select and utilise a range of project management tools and techniques, throughout the project life cycle, according to the Project and Construction Management Act (48/2000).

Key Responsibilities

 

·         Provide project control on cost, time and quality.

·         Conduct project planning.

·         Provide project communication and reporting.

·         Ensure project coordination and team management.

·         Ensure project safety, health, environmental, risk and quality (SHERQ).

·         Provide project contract management.

·         Execute project commissioning.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Built Environment/Commerce/Human Sciences at NQF7 with 360 credits

 

Experience:

5 years in Infrastructure, Real Estate project management and construction.

 

Professional Registration Body:

South African Council of Project and Construction Management Professionals

(SACPCMP) as a Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr.CPM).
