Key Responsibilities
 
·       Co-ordinates comments on proposed governance codes and governance sections in legislation applicable to the            Eskom Group
·       Conduct governance research.
·       Assist with governance projects, training and mentoring sessions.
·       Monitors governance compliance and awareness.
·       Implements an effective quality management system (ISO 9001
·       Performs ad hoc duties in the Strategic Governance Office

National Diploma Paralegal Studies/ National N Diploma Legal Secretary at NQF 6 with 240 credits 
 
Experience:
 
3 Years of experience in Governance, Legal, or Compliance enforcement
