Key Responsibilities
- Provide dispute resolution management
- Provide a specialist consulting and advisory service
- Manage the implementation of a participative management framework
- Ensure stakeholders are trained
- Monitor key performance indicators and ensure compliance

Minimum requirements
Qualifications:
- B Degree/B Tech in Industrial/Labour Relations/Labour Law/Human Resources/Social Sciences at NQF 7 with 360 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
- 5 Years’ Experience in Human Resources/Labour Law/Industrial Relations
