Reporting to the Group Chief People Officer, the Chief of Staff will be responsible for supporting the Group Chief People Officer (GCPO) in the development, execution and management of organisational activities with a specific focus on overseeing the GCPO’s agenda and the effective management of the GCPO’s office. Business Unit: Office of the CPO. Department: Office of the CPO.

·       Drive and coordinate the GCPO’s engagement schedule.

·       Liaise with key stakeholders.

·       Manage resources.

·       Manage suppliers.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s): 

·    B Degree in Commerce/ Social Sciences/ Business Administration/ Business Management/ Political Sciences/ Communications/ Legal/ Information Technology/ Engineering at NQF7 with 360 credits or a

·   B Tech in Commerce/ Social Sciences/ Business Administration/ Business Management/ Political Sciences/ Communications/ Legal/ Information Technology/ Engineering at NQF7 with 360 or an

·    Advance Diploma in Commerce/ Social Sciences/ Business Administration/ Business Management/ Political Sciences/ Communications/ Legal/ Information Technology/ Engineering at NQF7 with 360

 

Related Experience: 

· 10 Years extensive experience in stakeholder management/ business enablement/communication/public policy/ technical environment.
