Job description

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide strategic, general and more complex and/or specialised legal advice.
2. Manage dispute resolution.
3. Provide negotiation assistance.
4. Advise on the implementation of legislation and case law.
5. Manage external attorneys.

Minimum requirements

Minimum Requirements
• Qualification(s):
 
LLB/B Proc at NQF8 with 480 credits and Admitted Attorney / Advocate
 
• Minimum Related Experience:
 
7 years Post admission experience in legal and strategic business environment
 
Professional Registration Body: Legal Practice Council (LPC)
