Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of workforce planning modelling and forecasting framework to enable Eskom Group to objectively determine the optimal medium to long term staffing requirements (10 years)
- Provide group wide organisation design framework, methodologies and tools to ensure fit for purposes organisational structures
- Develop people analytics strategy and technologies to build group wide predictive capabilities, risk management and informed people management decisions
- Reporting and ad hoc projects
- Resource management

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- B Degree/B Tech in Human Resources/Behavioural/Social/Sciences/Commerce at NQF7 with 360 Credits
Experience:
- 10 Extensive experience in workforce planning modelling, org design, matrix reporting and analysis
