Responsible for all Helpdesk and Technical support activities on all computer workstations, peripherals, applications, network devices and related technologies for ERI and Eskom Enterprises. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to hardware and software for workstations, full end-user support and technical problem resolution for all Rosherville facilities and sites. Task Grade: T10. Division: Information Management. No. of positions: 2. Location: Rosherville.

Qualification(s):

·       IT National Diploma or equivalent NFQ level
