Job description

Key Responsibilities 

·       Direct operation of all production plant to meet demand in a safe and cost effective manner

·       Manage the safe efficient decommissioning and recommissioning of plant

·       Direct operating related plant incident accident investigations

·       Determine feasibility of technical plan proposals

·       Provide specialist advice and a consultation service

·       Manage operating priorities

·       Manage the training needs

·       Manage the operating department’s finances

·       Manage human resources activities

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

-         Grade 12 plus

-         3 in Engineering or Technical       

Experience:

-         7 Years’ experience in Operating the production plant
