· Drive divisional business enablement strategy development.
· Direct and establish an optimisation strategy.
· Direct skills development strategies development and implementation.
· Ensure transparency regarding service level agreement (SLA).
· Lead document and knowledge management development and management.
· Manage function resources.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree in Business Management/ Engineering/ Business Administration/ Commerce/ Human Sciences/ Finance at a NQF 7 level with 360 credits or
· B Tech in Business Management/ Engineering/ Business Administration/ Commerce/ Human Sciences/ Finance at a NQF 7 level with 360 credits or
· Advance Diploma in Business Management/ Engineering/ Business Administration/ Commerce/ Human Sciences/ Finance at a NQF7 level with 360 credits
Experience:
· 10 years’ experience in business enablement, business support, performance management and reporting, and corporate finance.
