- Position and direct the strategy for delivery of the investment project.
- Direct the delivery of the construction management programme of capital investment.
- Direct the financial performance for the optimization of capital investment throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Position the project strategic interfacing, negotiation, change and stakeholder management.
- Position and direct the project risk management strategies to minimize the overall impact on the capital investment project.
- Direct the human resources effort to achieve project objectives
- Direct the reporting on the delivery of project milestones to key stakeholders.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- B Degree/B Tech/advanced Diploma in Built Environment at NQF 7 level with 360 credits
Experience:
- 10 Years of experience in construction management/engineering/project management.
