Key Responsibilities

 

1.     Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

2.     Assist in building and sustaining stakeholder relationships

3.     Assist in formulating and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies and tactical plans.

4.     Provide dispute resolution management.

5.     Provide a specialist consulting and advisory service.

6.     Manage the implementation of a participative management framework.

7.     Ensure stakeholders are trained.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

 

B Degree/B Tech in Industrial/Labour Relations/Labour Law/Human Resources/Social Sciences at NQF7 with 360 credits

Experience:

 Experience in human resources/labour law/industrial relations
