Key Responsibilities
· Position and provide strategic leadership and oversight for the management and integration of projects and programmes within the portfolio.
· Direct and report on portfolio performance according to the benefits realization process, governance framework and contractual requirements.
· Direct and report on financial performance of the portfolio.
· Position and direct strategic relationships with key stakeholders for delivery of the portfolio.
· Direct and influence the execution of portfolio projects.
· Lead and manage the portfolio management team performance.
· Position and direct controls for planning, scheduling, accounting and costing for delivery of the portfolio.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree in Built Environment/ Commerce/ Human Sciences at NQF 7 with 360 credits
· B. Tech in Built Environment/ Commerce/ Human Sciences at NQF 7 with 360 credits
· Advanced Diploma in Built Environment/ Commerce/ Human Sciences at NQF 7 with 360 credits.
Experience:
· 10 years’ related experience in portfolio, programme and project management or construction management.
