Eskom Distribution Division is looking for an executive secretary secretarial at task grade T10, the department is Distribution: Office of the Group Executive. The location is Gauteng: Sunninghill, Megawatt Park. The job mission is to provide an effective executive secretarial service by managing administrative performance and ensure priorities are met, maintain, enhance the Division and Eskom`s image and assist the relevant executive manager to focus on strategic issues.

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Manage the office of the relevant executive manager.
  2.  Provide a communication and relationship management service.
  3. Provide an information service.
  4. Assist the relevant executive manager with personal matters.

 

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

National Diploma in Secretarial/Social Studies/ Business Administration at NQF6 with 240 credits.

 Minimum Related Experience:

2 Years proven experience as executive secretary or similar role.
