Key Responsibilities

 

·         Provide supervision and team leadership for the section.

·         Execute facilities maintenance within a region.

·         Provide financial control and governance for the section.

·         Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.

·         Provide project control.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s): 

 

Diploma in Engineering/Construction Management/Facilities Management at NQF6 with 240 credits

 

Experience:

 

3 years. Experience in building maintenance, project coordination and contracts management.
