Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and implementation of strategic plans, standards, and best practices that align with NTCSA Real Estate (TRE) policies and national legislation.
- Oversee efficient operations across TRE’s commercial, industrial, and residential property portfolios.
- Ensure full compliance with OHSA, environmental regulations, and integrated risk management requirements in the management of all facilities and land.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- Degree/B Tech/National Higher Diploma in Real Estate/Quantity Surveying/ Building Science/Commerce /Facilities /Engineering at NQF7 with 360
Experience:
- 7 years. Experience in delivery of facilities and building related services. Experience in contracts and project management
