· Service level agreements, contracts management and procurement

· Business management and quality management systems
· Enterprise content management
· Project and programmed management
· Excellent knowledge of Eskom’s policies and procedures
· Principles and practices of documented and records management, archive management
· Legislative requirements pertaining to documented and records management, such as Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) and National Archives of South Africa Act

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Information Science/Information Management/Documents and Records Management/Archive Management at NQF7 with 360 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
· 7 years’ Related experience in Documents and records management, archives, or similar environment
