Key Responsibilities:
- Operate plant under normal and emergency conditions
- Monitor unit process
- Maintain correct unit conditions during start up, controlled shutdown and normal operations
- Control plant defect notifications
- Perform administrative activities
- Assist with the development of staff

Minimum requirements
- National Diploma / National N Diploma, in Catering/ Food Management/ Hospitality Management/ Culinary at NQF6 with 240 credits
- Two years experience in all kitchen department
