Job description

     Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate plant under normal and emergency conditions
  • Monitor unit process 
  • Maintain correct unit conditions during start up, controlled shutdown and normal operations
  • Control plant defect notifications
  • Perform administrative activities
  • Assist with the development of staff

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):
  • National Diploma / National N Diploma, in Catering/ Food Management/ Hospitality Management/ Culinary at NQF6 with 240 credits
 
Related minimum experience:
  • Two years experience in all kitchen department
