Key Responsibilities:
- Review and advise on assurance of project capital performance and its alignment to portfolio objectives.
- Assess and assure the implementation of portfolio controls and report on status of alignment to project key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Evaluate, track and trend project capital performance against the portfolio capital plan and provide recommendations and forecasts.
- Advise on effective utilisation of monitoring and assurance reporting systems and processes

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- B Degree/B Tech in Built environment/ Commerce/Human Sciences at NQF7 with 360 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
- 7 Years Experience in Monitoring and assurance/reporting/project management/construction management in the built environment
