Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and implement SHERQS management.
• Evaluate SHERQS compliance.
• Monitor SHERQS assessments.
• Provide guidance and manage SHERQS interfaces.
• Position and improve SHERQS processes.
• Ensure effective and efficient customer service and liaison.
