Key Responsibilities:
• Provide an effective training and development function to the station.
• Manage training resources.
• Ensure the station’s training philosophies and programmes address the strategic intent of the various training and development related acts.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
National Diploma/National N Diploma (applicable line function) at NQF6 with 240 credits
Plus BTech/National Higher Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Education/Human Resources at NQF7 with 120 credits
OR
National Diploma/National N Diploma (applicable line function) at NQF6 with 240 credits Plus National Certificate in Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices at NQF5 with 120 credits
Plus BTech/National Higher Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Education/Human Resources at NQF7 with 120 credits
OR
National Diploma/National N Diploma (applicable line function) at NQF6 with 240 credits Plus National Certificate in Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices at NQF5 with 120 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
5 years related experience in in education, training and nuclear power plant operations
