Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic oversight and ensure effective service delivery across the following core areas
• Driving service delivery as a value-added business partner through strategic alignment
• Monitor and manage business governance to minimise risk
• Management of customer satisfaction & effectiveness of policies, frameworks, and methodologies
• Leading and coaching cross-functional teams for optimal performance
• Strategic execution to ensure process delivery and drive business improvement
• Provide strategic direction for branding and marketing
• Manage corporate advertising, sponsorship programmes, operations
• Manage stakeholder relations
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
• Degree in Business Management, Commerce, Communication, Marketing, Engineering or Science at NQF7 with 360 credits
Experience:
• 10 years’ experience in a mid to senior role capacity on a Strategy Development environment and business strategy /planning environment.
• Proven track record in leading key initiatives with a high degree of complexity
