  Understanding of the PESTEL drivers affecting ERI. High level of proficiency required.

Key Responsibilities

  Provide strategic oversight and ensure effective service delivery across the following core areas

  Driving service delivery as a value-added business partner through strategic alignment

  Monitor and manage business governance to minimise risk

  Management of customer satisfaction & effectiveness of policies, frameworks, and methodologies

  Leading and coaching cross-functional teams for optimal performance

  Strategic execution to ensure process delivery and drive business improvement

  Provide strategic direction for branding and marketing

  Manage corporate advertising, sponsorship programmes, operations

  Manage stakeholder relations

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

  Degree in Business Management, Commerce, Communication, Marketing, Engineering or Science at NQF7 with 360 credits

Experience:

  10 years’ experience in a mid to senior role capacity on a Strategy Development environment and business strategy /planning environment.

  Proven track record in leading key initiatives with a high degree of complexity
