Key Responsibilities

o   Perform preventative and correct recurring defects

o   Conduct quality control inspections

o   Provide on job training

o   Investigate recurring defects

o   Assist and advise relevant staff

o   Attend meetings

o   Perform any other legitimate activities as required

Skills and Competencies Required

Skills:

o   Communication

o   Computer literacy

o   Plant safety regulations

o   Knowledge of electrical installation systems

o   Basic health and safety knowledge

o   Supervisory skills

o   ORHV Regs

o   Coaching skills
