Key Responsibilities
• Identify, screen, and manage business opportunities.
• Formulate strategy and implementation plans for identified opportunities.
• Develop and direct an optimized Customer segmentation framework and strategy
• Develop and lead the implementation of segment specific strategies, policies, standard guidelines
• Manage the customer, stakeholder portfolio and relationships.
• Responsible for Segment Performance Monitoring and Reporting.
• Management and optimization of the Section its infrastructure and resources
• Provide strategic oversight and ensure effective service delivery across core areas
Minimum requirements
Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
• Degree in Engineering/ Commerce/Business Management/ Project Management at NQF7 with 360 credits
Experience:
• 10 years successful track record at middle and senior management level in the management of significant, successful business opportunities, developments, and leadership preferably in the energy sector.
