Key Responsibilities

  Identify, screen, and manage business opportunities.

  Formulate strategy and implementation plans for identified opportunities.

  Develop and direct an optimized Customer segmentation framework and strategy

  Develop and lead the implementation of segment specific strategies, policies, standard guidelines 

  Manage the customer, stakeholder portfolio and relationships.

  Responsible for Segment Performance Monitoring and Reporting.

  Management and optimization of the Section its infrastructure and resources

  Provide strategic oversight and ensure effective service delivery across core areas

Minimum requirements

Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s): 

  Degree in Engineering/ Commerce/Business Management/ Project Management at NQF7 with 360 credits

Experience:

  10 years successful track record at middle and senior management level in the management of significant, successful business opportunities, developments, and leadership preferably in the energy sector.
