Introduction
Eskom Distribution is looking for an Assistant Officer Key Customer Relations, Position/Task Grade: T10. The Department is Electricity Pricing and the Business Unit is Finance Head Office. The successful candidate will be based in Gauteng Sunninghill Megawatt Park. The area of specialisation is to support the provision of a one-stop personalised service to direct supplied, non-residential energy users and coordinate customer interfaces on behalf of customer service. This position is a re-advert.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

  • National Diploma/ National N Diploma in Mathematics/ Engineering/ Finance/ Commerce/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Data Science/ Business Management/ Science at NQF6 with 240 credits. 

Related Minimum Experience:

  • 2 Years’ Experience in working with customers and customer relations or data science or forecasting.
