Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the security function in the OU or BU by implementing the division’s security strategy.
- Implement and coordinate the OU or BU stakeholder and customer service plan.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the OU or BU security performance management plan.
- Implement and coordinate the OU or BU security operations, crime prevention, protection of assets.
- Infrastructure, systems, technology, and security applications.
- Manage external security service providers.
- Provide leadership and advice to management.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma/ National Higher Diploma in Security Management/Policing/Law at NQF7 with 360 credits
Experience:
- 5 Years Experience in a security environment
- Obtain a positive security clearance from the State Security Agency
Professional Registration Body:
- Private Security Industry Regulation Authority (PSIRA) Grade A with Security Management
