Key Responsibilities
· Formulate change management policy and strategies.
· Optimise change management methodology, frameworks and accelerators.
· Keep abreast of new developments regarding industry, strategic and project related changes.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology/Business Management/Technology/Commerce at NQF7 with 360 credits.
Related Minimum Experience:
· Minimum of 7 years of Extensive experience in change management, business transformation, large scale interventions, human resources or consulting.
