Eskom is offering 5 Graduate in Training opportunities. Position/Task Grade: L7. Area of specialization is to undergo a Training Programme in the various Customer Service Sections. The department is Retail, Business Unit: LimLanga Cluster based in Mbombela and Witbank.

Key Responsibilities

 

·        Implement the total Customer Service policies, procedures and processes – Customer Care, Customer Relations, Pricing & Contracts Management, Acquire Customer, FBE & Vending Management, Contact Centre, Marketing Services

 

 

Minimum requirements

 

·       Qualification(s):

 B Degree in Marketing/ Finance/Commerce/Engineering/ Social Science/Business Management/Customer Service at NQF7 with 360 Credits

 

·       Minimum Related Experience:

      No work experience
