Key Responsibilities
· Provide a consultative service to customers
· Perform business process re-engineering
· Test solutions
· Provide user support for logged problems and information requests
· Provide system solution training
· Monitor the status of the production interface jobs daily

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- B Degree/B Tech in Information Technology/Information Management/ Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering at NQF7 with 360 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
· 5 years’ experience in Eskom business and relevant system
