- Develop, maintain and govern the organisation’s job evaluation, job title and qualification frameworks.
- Participate in the implementation of reward and benefits related projects and processes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of reward and benefits strategies.
- Participate in organisation human resources (HR) projects, forums and workgroups.
- Participate in the preparation of reward and benefits business cases

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- B Degree/B Tech/National Higher Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Human Resources/Social Sciences/Behavioural Sciences/Information Technology at NQF7 with 360 credits
Experience:
- 5 Generalist human resources, reward and benefits, data analytics or project Management
(Possession of the Global Rewards Professional Certification or recognition from the South African Rewards Association (SARA) will be an added advantage)
