Introduction

Eskom Distribution, Head Office Human Capital, is looking for a Snr Advisor Organisational Effectiveness. The position is graded at G15. Area of specialization: To provide specialist process consulting skills contributing to Eskom's learning ability and consequent organisational effectiveness by facilitating individual and organisational design and change, transformation, culture management and leadership development.

Minimum requirements

· Qualification(s):

B Degree in Social Science/Educational Science/Human Resources at NQF7 with 360 credits

Or

B Tech in Social Science/Educational Science/Human Resources at NQF7 with 360 credits

Or

National Higher Diploma in Social Science/Educational Science/Human Resources at NQF7 with 360 credits

OR

Advanced Diploma in Social Science/Educational Science/Human Resources at NQF7 with 360 credits

· Related Minimum Experience:

5 years’ experience in Organisational Effectiveness, process consulting and human resources.
