Eskom Distribution Division is looking for Middle Manager Real Estate, Position/Task Grade: M17, Department: Business Enablement, Business Unit: GEMMA Cluster, located at Kimberley /Klerksdorp/Rustenburg. Area of specialization: To formulate, implement and manage facilities and/or land portfolio strategic plans, standards and procedures, good practice to shape and drive operational efficiency and service excellence for Eskom Real Estate commercial, industrial, residential, and/or commercial farm, conservation site, and social community footprint assets at a regional level. Key Performance Areas (summary of functional outputs):
- Lead the development and monitor the implementation of strategic plans, standards and
procedures, good practises in line with Eskom and Eskom Real Estate (ERE) policies and national legislation. - Manage ERE operations (i.e. commercial, industrial, residential and commercial farms, conservation sites,social community footprint portfolios) in an effective and efficient manner in specific areas.
- Manage the Eskom Real Estate facilities and land according to and take full responsibility
for Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), environmental and integrated risk management
requirements. - Stakeholder management.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- Degree/B Tech/National Higher Diploma in Real Estate / Quantity Surveying/ Building Science/ Commerce /Facilities /Engineering at NQF7 with 360
Related Minimum Experience:
- 7 years’ Experience in delivery of facilities and building related services
- Experience in contracts and project management
