· Key Responsibilities
1. Review and advise on assurance of life cycle planning assets and its alignment to generation objectives.
2. Assess and assure the implementation of portfolio controls and report on status of alignment to project key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Evaluate, track and trend project capital performance against the portfolio capital plan and provide recommendations and forecasts.
4. Advise on effective utilisation of monitoring and assurance reporting systems and processes.
5. Ensure assurance to life of planning process process.

Minimum requirements
· Qualification(s):
B Degree/B Tech in Built environment/ Commerce/Human Sciences at NQF7
with 360 credits
· Related Minimum Experience:
Seven (7) years’ experience in Monitoring and assurance/reporting/project management/construction management in the built environment
