Qualification(s):
• B Degree in Built Environment at NQF7 with 360 credits or a
• B Tech in Built Environment at NQF7 with 360 credits or an
• Advanced Diploma in Built Environment with 360 credits.
Experience:
• 10 Years’ experience in Managing projects in build environment preferably complex mega projects, demonstrated hands on programme/project management of large business improvement projects, engineering, construction and contracts management. Skills and Competencies Required

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage project development and portfolio management to achieve Eskom’s investment plans.
• Manage and lead highly competitive and effective teams
• Direct project execution using Project life cycle management and project management systems and tools
• Lead Engineering, Procurement , construction, commissioning and handover of plant
• Identify and manage project risks throughout the project life cycle.
• Ensure cost control , quality control and environmental compliance to all applicable legislative and regulatory requirements
• Interface , collaborate and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders across the different facets including but not limited to approval/ licensing authorities such as NERSA, executive leadership across the organisation and contractors/ execution partners, organized labour and community leaders.
