Key Responsibilities:
- Manage revenue and management processes on Municipalities and LPU Customers.
- General supervision.
- Accountable for Customer Data.
- Handle Generic Service Activities.
- Build relationship between customers and Eskom via proactive interventions.
- Manage measurement and meter related tasks.
- Vending and Prepaid activities
- Monitor quotations and connection services.
Minimum requirements
- National Diploma in Business Management/Business Administration/Business Studies/Commerce/
Finance/Economics/Accounting at NQF6 with 240 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
- 3 years experience in finance/customer
services/credit/debt management
