Job description

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide business and department managers/leadership with professional integrated human safety management (HSM) advice.
• Facilitate the implementation of human safety performance initiatives. 
• Facilitate the implementation of the human safety performance framework. 
• Assist in managing legislation and business risk requirement emanating from incidents.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):
• National Diploma in Safety Management/Behavioural Sciences/Environmental Health at NQF 6 with 240 credits 

Experience:
• 3 years experience in a human safety management environment
